Information We Collect

SlidePilot is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect presentation content or files and do not access any data stored on your device outside what is necessary for app functionality and analytics. The app operates locally using Bluetooth HID protocols to communicate with your computer.

Bluetooth Permission

The app requires Bluetooth permissions solely to establish a connection with your computer and act as a HID (Human Interface Device) such as a keyboard or mouse. This connection is direct and peer-to-peer.

Analytics & Crashlytics

To improve your experience and ensure the stability of the application, we use Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics (services provided by Google LLC). These services may collect information such as device model, OS version, app version, app interactions, crash logs, and a resettable advertising or analytics identifier. This data is used only for diagnostics and usage analytics. No personal identifier data or presentation content is collected through these services.

Data

We do not collect information about the files you are presenting. Your activities remain entirely private on your local devices.

Technical analytics and crash data may be processed on servers operated by our service providers, which can be located outside your country. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
