4. Use Limitations

You agree that you will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or bypass any chapter progression lock, streak mechanic, or certificate generation integrity features in the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all educational contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the educational materials are complete, error-free, or up-to-date, nor do we guarantee any employment, certification validation, or academic performance outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatisoft and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of study progress data, device malfunction, key decryption failures, or keystore security rotations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document.
